Most organizers choose to add these fees to the entry price so that the platform costs the organization $0. Best of all, you can collect these entries for free; event credits are only required when you're ready to unlock live tools like draws and scoring.

No - you can always easily import entries from a spreadsheet. However, using our integrated registration is now the most efficient way to start your event. Since it's free to set up and take entries, you can explore the full registration suite at no risk and only use a credit once you're ready to run the competition.

You can still use Liveheats for registration, but will have to collect payments seperately - you can set up check boxes and links in your registration form to cater for this.

You can control your payout schedule on Stripe, they offer daily, weekly, monthly options. In some countries they offer instant payouts.

You can create your event, configure settings, and open registrations (both free and paid) for free. You will only be prompted to use a credit when you want to unlock live competition tools, such as generating heat draws, accessing the judging interface, building your schedule, or using the email athletes tool.
