Pricing for any event size

An event is competition lasting a day or several days, e.g. NSW State Surfing Championships and can contain unlimited divisions, e.g. Under 14 boys shortboard.

As an organizer, you’ll purchase event credits to cover the number of events in your calendar. As you create events, your credits will be consumed, and you can top up when you’re ready.

You’ll get to use the platform at no cost for one event, with full technical support. This includes a dedicated page for your organization (e.g. www.liveheats.com/surfingnsw), and access to all LiveHeats features.

If you’re expecting to hover on the border of plans, you should choose the lower-tiered plan. We’re happy to have you go over the athlete limit from time to time by a small amount. If you find yourself going well over, you can upgrade your plan.

It’s not a big deal if you exceed your limit. We understand your athlete numbers fluctuate, so we won’t restrict anything, we’ll just give you a nudge that it might be time to upgrade your plan if you regularly find yourself going over.

You’ll keep any unused event credits and use them whenever you’re ready (like next season). If an event is cancelled, just delete the event from LiveHeats and the credit will be refilled.

You can pay within LiveHeats using any major credit or debit card.

If you are a small organizer without a credit or debit card, contact our team (sales@liveheats.com) and we can issue a manual invoice for an electronic funds transfer.

Yes you can buy one-off event credits, but rates are significantly better if you buy in bulk. We encourage organizers to buy enough credits for their whole calendar upfront to get the best rates.

You can now bundle event types when purchasing your credits through the billing portal. Just choose the appropriate number of events at each size and you'll be good to go.
